OUR BEERS
LOCALLY BREWED

Live-Work-Play IPA
American IPA
Originally brewed in London and shipped to British troops stationed in India who preferred a paler ale than the typical British Porter of the time, IPA are so named for their use of lightly roasted malts, and are traditionally more heavily hopped than a standard Pale Ale. Well-bittered and highly hopped, IPAs typically possess earthy floral aromas backed by flavors of caramel and biscuit, with a fruity underpinning and lingering bitterness. Well balanced, and worth savoring, our Live-Work-Play IPA imparts a bitter zing and zippy punch. Our recipe includes 5 different hops varieties, but hop bitterness is balanced with just enough malt sweetness.
